On This Day...

...the day of my birth, I would like to thank my parents, but mostly my mother for bringing me into the world.

I've been told that upon my arrival I looked like a little Betty Boop. Since then I've had a slight fascination for things Betty, in fact I wore a Betty Boop shirt yesterday. I was my parents cheap baby, costing only around $35, I've always told them that I've been making up for that ever since. :)

As I leave my teen years and start my soujourn into my twenties, I just wanted to thank all those that have taught me over the years. My parents, extended family, friends, and teachers. I've learned a lot, and it is your influence that has made me who I am today. Thank you.

Sorry..

My posts have been few and far between and will continue to be so as I enter the last couple weeks of school. I've got a lot going on these next two weeks. After that I will try to keep posting regularly. :)

Home

I write to you today, dear readers, from sunny Clovis, CA. Here I was Monday night, talking to my sister about my long weekend plans to hang out alone in Idaho whilst everyone else was leaving for a rockin weekend, when in the background, I heard my dad's voice ring out, " Tell her to look up flights home and get back to us,"he said.

I needed no further urging, and was immediately on my laptop searching every site I knew looking for a good deal. Needless to say, I found a ticket and was gifted with my father's money card information. I drove to Salt Lake the following day and flew out that night.

I have a great family and am blessed that they love me and want to spend time with me!!!

Pictures of my adventures in the Golden State to follow...
